CMII / CMIIT Identifiers are unique authorization numbers assigned by the China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (quite similar to the FCC in the USA). These device certifications exist to ensure consumer product quality and authorize operation at given frequencies and power outputs. Sometimes labeled as the CMII or CMII ID, any wireless product in China must show a CMIIT ID before sale on the market in China.
