Suppliers must disclose their sourcing practices and work with verified, conflict-free smelters and refiners.

3. Collaboration with Industry Initiatives

LinAV Technology supports and collaborates with industry initiatives and programs that promote conflict-free sourcing and responsible mineral extraction, such as the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). We seek to work with partners who share our commitment to responsible sourcing practices.

4. Continuous Improvement

We continually evaluate our responsible minerals sourcing policy and improve our processes to address emerging risks in the global supply chain. Our goal is to minimize the potential negative impact of our sourcing activities on affected communities and promote positive change.
